Are they aware that the house a few blocks over at 75 Ellerbeck recently sold for $1,205,000!?! If this place sells for asking, I would be pissed if I had bought Ellerbeck for the same money.
This house is so much bigger and better (at least from what I can see, I will update with better pictures as soon as I can).
It is 4+1 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and lots of light!
First thing I would do would be to get rid of that ivy. I am not a fan of that creepy stuff. And maybe get rid of the green and red paint at the front. Otherwise, this house looks great!
We will see when the better pictures come out.
But at this point, I am guessing that this sells for $1,500,000, small back yard and all.
