Thank you to the reader who not only pointed out to me that this house at 304 Crawford Street had a price drop from the initial $1,199,000 asking price that I said was $100,000 too high, but also that the place had sold.

On March 31st, they dropped the price to $1,049,000.

Someone, and allegedly just one someone bid and bid OVER the dropped asking price.  

They out bid THEMSELVES!?!

And paid $1,095,000.

W-h-a-t the Hell!?!
