And when I went to see what was happening with it, I realized it sold.

It is the house at 11 Graymar in Bathurst Manor that is not a teardown, that has a piece of lattice in front of what used to be the front door, but the inside has a new renovation and 3+1 bedrooms!

It was listed at $839,000.

According to the neighbour who sent the listing to me in the first place, it sold in 2 days for FULL asking!

$839,000!!

I am curious to see what the new owners will do with the front or if they will just leave it as is!
