Hamilton and Meg Swan's house at 205 Yarmouth Road in Christie Pitts sold!

I only posted it today and had no idea that it had sold until 2 minutes ago.

It was listed at $599,900 and I thought it would sell for $665,000.

It sold for $671,256 (that's a random number).

I wonder where Hamilton and Meg are moving to.  They should leave a forwarding address with the new owners just in case they forget Busy Bee!
