And it went for....

The house at 6 Oaklands Avenue in Summerhill that I posted at the beginning of March sold a few weeks ago after being on the market for 3 weeks.

It sold for $1,650,000.

Guess that's why the house at 188 Cottingham was willing to take a lower bid than they were asking.  

The Oaklands house was the clear winner from the beginning and if Cottingham didn't take lower after the Oaklands sale, they would have never sold.
