This bungalow at 15 Lichen Place in Brookbanks sold fast.  And I am pretty sure it wasn't bought as a tear down.

It was listed at $875,000 and apparently it sold for $899,000 with 3 offers.  I think they got a good house (but there was clearly no inspection unless included on the listing...).

Hopefully the new owners get to keep the dining room furniture and ceiling fixture and that they are gardeners.
