And it went for....

The semi at 188 Cottingham Street in Rathnelly that was originally listed in February at $1,729,000 and then dropped its price a few weeks ago to $1,689,000 has sold.

And it sold for $1,581,000.

Though I guessed that 188 would sell first, why isn't anyone buying this place across the street?  It's ultimately more money but has SO much more potential!!
