Another Montreal house...but I can't help it.

I really like the style of this house.

Sure, they cleaned out the local window frame mirror shop, but it somehow works without looking to cottage-y.

This is a very comfortable house.  I am all for the wall to wall carpet on the second floor

Where do those kids' beds come from!?!  They must be custom.

Style aside, this house is a total of 4,351 square feet including the basement.  But look at the basement.  It is VERY bright.

There are 4 bedrooms, 3+1 bathrooms and it is in a great location in Westmount near upscale Greene Avenue.

There isn't much of a backyard but that might be a good thing for some people.

And the price is $1,980,000.

That is $595,000 less than the house at 64, Av. Aberdeen a few blocks away.

They are very similar yet very different.  

Which one would you choose?

I think I actually prefer the style of the Aberdeen house, but for the money, this one is my choice.
