The little semi located in the middle of Summerhill, Rathnelly and Yorkville that I posted a few weeks ago has had a price drop.

I thought it should be listed at $1,250,000 but there would probably be someone willing to pay the original asking of $1,450,000.

Guess not because it hasn't sold and they dropped the price a few days ago to $1,300,000.  

It will probably go for $1,250,000.
