PRICE INCREASE - 67 Garden Avenue - RONCESVALLES

What are these people thinking!?!

Thanks to Peter for pointing out that this house in Roncesvalles at 67 Garden Avenue has had a price INCREASE!

It was listed in January for $889,000.  Back then I thought it was a $699,000 house.  

Maybe $750,000.

Well, they then dropped the price to $799,000 at the end of March and I still thought it was too high.

Now they have INCREASED it to $849,000.

Yes, increased!

This isn't the same as the 93 Pearson house. 

This is a cheap flip and I will be shocked if it sells.
