This house could be great but currently it needs a lot of work.
The outside is really nice and the living room is spacious. I find the the floor colour is too red and that kitchen could be replaced.
I would prefer to put the dining room table in the traditional spot and have that back room as a family room. I wonder how many people trip walking into that room though. That one inch rise is easy to miss.
The bathroom upstairs needs to be redone and that carpet looks like it might be gross.
For $1,190,000 I would say this is a pretty good buy. Probably about $100,000 too expensive considering all the work that needs to be done. But it is large.
Plus, there is a 2 car garage.
I am surprised it hasn't sold yet.
