124 Northcote Avenue - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE

That tile on the side of the porch in this house is a good indication of what the rest of the tile inside looks like.

And I am not a fan.

I am not sure what was going through the person's head who decided to do what they did with that powder room.  And it matches the backsplash in the kitchen.  If that was changed, I would be a big fan of this house.

I am not a fan of the front hall tile or the tile around the fireplace but it isn't the worst.  And the kitchen is not my style but it looks like it has a lot of storage for a small house.  The boob light and ceiling medallion would have to go though.

I would prefer to move the dining room table back to the traditional area and put a couch and 2 chairs where the dining table is.  Speaking of dining table, I really like that one especially with those chairs.  I love the natural wood!

The railing on the second floor is pretty awful, and the bathroom isn't the best but it isn't the worst.  I am not sure why there are 2 sinks in a bathroom this size though.  The far one looks like you can use while sitting on the toilet!

But with all the things I am not crazy about, the price of $759,000 for a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a 2 car garage is pretty enticing.  But what is with everything being on an angle?

This house will probably sell for closer to $845,000.  Considering that this place at 89A Beaconsfield Avenue sold for $895,000...
