This isn't a huge house but it is done REALLY well.
I get the feeling that the pictures don't do this place justice.
Those floors are AMAZING. The kitchen is amazing and wasn't done on the cheap. Those inset cupboard doors really make a difference. I love all the light wood furniture in the house as well.
This is a 4 bedroom house with a master suite on the 3rd floor. The basement has been dug out with a projection screen and nanny suite with a walk out. The back yard isn't huge but there is some grass and a good deck. And that garage is a 2 car stacked garage.

But $1,895,000?
That seems a little high to me. I'm thinking more $1,725,000.
It does have everything though!
I really, really, really like those floors.
