A clean slate to create something amazing....and this is what they came up with.

This is what the house looked like before when it was listed for $599,000 in 2010:

The house was in such disrepair that the listing said, "Warning: To Agents & Clients Main Floor Stairs Unsafe & Should Be Fixed In A Few Days & Garage Is A Tear Down."

I am not sure what decade the builder is living in but it isn't this one!

That master bathroom is hideous!

I wouldn't exactly say that living room is anywhere close to 'lavish' as the listing describes it....

Look at those windows!  Those are brand new windows!!

This is a 31.54 x 126.25 lot.  There was SOOOO much potential!

But the house isn't the most insulting part of all this.  It's the price.

$1,299,900 for a lame 3 bedroom new build.

This should be listed at $899,000.  

Maybe $950,000.
