This house in Bedford Park reminds me a lot of the house I posted yesterday that is located in Lawrence Manor at 89 Brucewood.

That house was a 3+1 bedroom with 3 bathrooms and this one is a 4+2 bedroom with 6 bathrooms!

Other than that, there isn't a whole lot of difference.  Except for the price.  This house is just under $1,000,000 more!

This house is listed at $2,179,000 and the Brucewood house is listed at $1,195,000.

More money was spent on the kitchen in this house but for almost double the price!?!

And they are literally about a 10 minute walk from each other.

Plus this house is a sinus headache waiting to happen with all that white and those windows!

Why isn't anyone buying Brucewood!?!  WHAT am I missing!?!

Is it because this lucky house is only one block away from the pink sweater wearing, yellow Maserati driving guy?
