If you are looking in the Junction neighbourhood and are not deterred by a little shooting that happened at this house JUST 3 MONTHS AGO, than this is a good option!

It isn't huge but it is cute (at least from what I can see from these pictures).  Painting out that chiclet brick was a good idea!

And the price is $459,000.

What's a little crime and violence at that price?

Maybe it should be listed somewhere closer to $399,000 or $425,000....
