I saw this house yesterday and was going to post it today but it has already sold.

It was listed at $528,000 and it sold for $635,000.  

Holy Crap is what you are thinking.  That's what I am thinking.

The reno is good, the yard is a good size, the basement is done...

but Holy Crap!

UPDATE:  thanks to the commenter who pointed out that this house is not near Eastern.  It is actually north of Gerrard.

So, that means it is a few houses away from 368 Woodfield, a not so dissimilar house that I posted in November, that was listed at $399,900 (not sure what it sold for but bet it wasn't $635,000).

Or that is is also only a few houses from 200 Woodfield, a not so dissimilar house in the interior, that sold for $650,000.  Thing is, 200 Woodfield was a 5 bedroom detached with parking on a 26 x 120 foot lot.

This makes the $635,000 selling price for this house that looks pretty much the same as the other two houses on the inside but doesn't have parking, is not detached or on a 26 foot wide lot even crazier!

Geez, you would have thought I would have written all that in the first place!
