Wow.
This place is messed up and it is going to take a lot of money to fix it.
Apparently this 80s renovation travesty was done by British architect Edward Jones.
It looks great from the front but that addition out the back is terrible and the master bedroom on the third floor? WTF? Is that green stair case the way to get up there!?! And what is up with those gargoyle angel things!?!?!
I just don't know how to go on other than to say that this is, or was, an amazing big old Toronto home in the High Park/Roncesvalles/Junction neighbourhood that could be worth a lot more money in a few years at least if this guy is right about his predictions...
(This guy isn't the listing agent, I am just looking for a reason to post this video, if only for the first 8 seconds....)
The house is a 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom home on a 45 x 130 lot which is amazing and it is listed at $1,575,000. I am just not sure this place is worth the money with all the fixing up it needs but it is a great old Toronto house on a great street...
I don't know.
I think it should be $1,359,000 but it will probably sell for over asking.
