UPDATE:  as per the Globe and Mail article on this place, there are 2 panic rooms and an underground tunnel to the garage.

What!?!

This is clearly a foreign investor who thought the Beaches was Malibu and that someone on a completely exposed lot needed 2 panic rooms.  In the Beaches.
