34 Bishop Street - YORKVILLE
So, just as I was getting ready to post this house I got the email that it had sold.
It was listed yesterday.
It sold in ONE day.
It was listed at $1,139,000 and it sold for asking.
Makes me wonder what this place down the street would sell for.
Do you think they would have gotten a higher price if they had waited a bit longer?
This place isn't huge but it is a great condo alternative.
It clearly belongs to someone in the entertainment industry. One of the only things in this house other than some furniture, a pillow with a 'K' on it, a painting above the fireplace, a sculpture of 2 skaters, a few apples and a couple orchids, is a collection of awards.
4 Geminis and 1 Emmy.
Hmm, wonder who it is?
