$648,000 for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house in Swansea!?! Am I crazy or does this seem like a lot?
The house is done and you can move right in.
I only see one tv and it's in the washroom with the channel changer sitting on a chair. Is that the family room!?!
The kitchen is done but I am not sure I like the placement of that sink and dishwasher. That is a big pain in the -ss when it comes time to unloading. A bed bigger than a queen size won't fit in the master and the basement and back yard aren't done.
Even in Riverdale, I don't think this house would sell for much more than asking.
This is a 2 bedroom. It should be $599,000. At most.
