The neighbourhood is very family friendly and there are 'seasonal' views of the lake.  

I wish there was a floor plan because I am not really sure what is going on upstairs but it seems like a good family home.

The only thing that bothers me is the different floors in every room.  Both wood and stain is different.  That would drive me nuts.

I bet this place sells for $1,400,000.
