51 Sunnyside Crescent - CLIFFCREST
This house in Cliffcrest, located between Cliffside and the Bluffs, could be amazing.
The MLS listing says it is on a 111 x 850 lot but the Homefinder listing says it is on a 40 x 128 lot. Either way, it is big and has an incredible view of the lake.
It is completely lacking in personality though. But if you got the right furniture and a lot of money, it could look like this...
Yes, that is Jennifer Aniston's Malibu home that she sold for $35 million last year.
So....it probably won't be that great but you get the idea.
There are some weird rooms that seem to only have sunlights and it looks like the girl's room has another room on top of it with a big opening in the corner. That's a bit strange.
The kitchen is dated and those purple lights are not nice but if that was redone....and I don't understand the toilet on an angle.
This place really could be great but listed at $3,200,000 with probably close to another $1,000,000 plus to make it amazing, it probably won't sell very fast. Plus, the Google street view isn't very impressive.
When it does sell, it will probably be closer to $2,500,000.
Add another $1,500,000 for renos and this house could be great. Not $35 million great, but Scarborough Bluffs great...
$4,000,000 later.
