This detached house in Swansea on a really good street is kind of like a cottage.  It isn't huge but it would be a great place for a young family or a couple.

The listing says there are 3 bedrooms but I count 4.  Or is that little door a faux wall that makes 2 bedrooms out of one.  That would be a bit of pain in the a-s for the parents to crawl through that little door to say good night.  They should have added something like this door within a door...

And that painting of the old man in that kid's room is really creepy too.

Otherwise, this is a great house, with an okay sized backyard (the only picture I could get was from Google maps), lots of parking and a great location.

And the listing price is $839,000.

I think it will sell for $913,000.
