This detached house just south of Dupont, between Bathurst and Ossington, and just down the street from this place, is a little rough around the edges but it has a lot of potential.
I think the stager needs to be congratulated because the house looks great! I think it was probably filled with furniture that matched the basement bedspread...
Dressers stayed but there are new sheets, pillow, couch, dining room chairs....
And I think the whole thing was painted.
I actually really like the natural wood of the trim with the white-ish paint. It might be too yellow for some people (including me) but I think it works. The back windows in the kitchen are great but look really old. All the other windows look new but they aren't the best.
The place could use a new kitchen and bathroom but if it isn't in the budget right now, it is still fine.
For $859,000 for a 3+1 bedroom, 2 bath in this neighbourhood? I think it will sell FAST. And probably for low 9s.
