the MASH

92 Massey Street - NIAGARA

I suppose with what they had to work with, the front of this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house just south of Trinity-Bellwoods park is okay.  Not sure why they did that gravel.  It really is just a pain in the -ss.  And it is too bad they didn't paint that steeple part (don't know what the right name is) to match the rest of the trim.

The inside of the house seems like a rushed flip but if you were to personalize it a bit, it could be a lot better.  I wish I could see more of that back room with the one chair in it and the unfinished light switch.  Is there any natural light?  Is it big enough to call it a family room?  Why didn't they open that up for the kitchen!?!  And what is in that back back room?

As I said, this was a rushed flip with not a lot of money invested.  What is up with those stairs on the first floor?  The windows could be replaced, the light fixture at the top of the stairs is original and should go and what is up with this flimsy thing on the stair on the second floor!?!

That looks awful.

The kitchen and bathroom are IKEA.  I am okay with that but a lot of people aren't.  I would like to point out though that the bathroom vanity and sink costs less than most sinks alone!  But it works in this space.

Good thing they didn't price it too high!  This place is listed at $695,000 and I am sure, with its location, that it will sell fast.

Maybe even for $750,000.  Still a little pricey for a cheap flip but if you want the location....and it has a garage....

BTW, until I saw this listing, I never knew that this is what was going on in the community centre in Trinity-Bellwoods park...
