The house at 36 Servington Crescent in Davisville Village that was listed too high back in March for $1,450,000 has sold.

It clearly had a price drop in April that I missed.

It dropped to $1,365,000 and sold for $1,365,000.  

Still too much...but clearly someone though otherwise.
