Turns out the house I just listed earlier this afternoon at 16 Warland Avenue in East York had sold when I posted it.

It was listed at $569,900 and sold for $711,000.

Wow!  I was thinking maybe low to mid 6s at the most.  Not low 7s!!!

I guess it is bright...
