Thanks to the reader who commented on this house at 56B Clarendon with the selling price.

It is 2 bedrooms, very bright and quite centrally located.

It was listed at $1,299,000.  I thought it would sell under for $1,129,000 (mainly because it is only 2 bedrooms and it isn't a simple walk to anything).

Was I ever wrong on this one!

According to the reader, this place sold for $1,415,000!!!  Almost double what it sold for in 2009!!!

What do you think?  Am I crazy to be shocked or is this the price is should have sold for?
