The house at 50 Nina Street in Casa Loma has sold after a month on the market.

It was initially listed at $1,495,000 and I thought it was too high but that someone would love the 

Trompe-l'œil but I guess that wasn't the case.

They dropped the price on the weekend to $1,459,000.

It sold for $1,400,000.  Guess the Trompe-l'œil is going.
