I wouldn't call this a cozy country house option.  It's quite grand and I wonder if this is a full time house or a country house.

Whether you like it or not, you have to admit that this Eastern Townships house in Knowlton is pretty impressive.

It was built in 2002 by architect James Wright and designed by Scott Yetman.  It has 5 bedrooms, 5/4 bathrooms,  a guest house, a private lake that is large enough for a motor boat and sits on 140 acres.

The floors and ceiling in the dining room are pretty amazing.  So is the view.

And it is only $8,980,000!

If this is the country house, what the heck does the city house look like!?!
