PRICE DROP - 190 Forest Hill Road - FOREST HILL

Yesterday, I posted a house at 93 Dunvegan that was listed at $6,200,000 and pointed out that it made the asking of this house at 190 Forest Hill seem CLEARLY overpriced!  (I actually think they are both overpriced but this house seems to be getting it sooner.)

This house that I posted in mid-April that was originally listed at $6,495,000 and dropped its price (though not enough) to $5,950,000 has dropped its price again!

It is now listed at $5,680,000.

I still think it is overpriced but its getting there....

I'm thinking $5,200,000.
