This house was listed 2 weeks ago for $759,000.

They then raised the price a week later to $815,000.

It is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and all a bit of a mess.  The kitchen looks like it is in good shape but it is dated.  There is a big dining space but for some reason, someone in the 80s thought it was a good idea to remove half of the floor so that it drops down into the basement.  So, the basement is the living room and it isn't even a walk out.  It's a living room in a pit.

The second floor bedrooms are fine but there are only 2 bedrooms on the second floor.  It looks like they consider the third floor a bedroom but there is no bathroom there.

This house needs a lot of work!  Even with a good backyard and pad parking for 2 cars in Riverdale, this is a tough sell.

A tough sell at $759,000!  Raising to $815,000 is an even more tough sell!!

I wonder why they took out that window above the front door.  Is there a wall of closets in that front room that aren't shown in the pictures or that just another 'interesting' design choice?
