21 Normandale Crescent - SAINT ANDREW'S
As the listing plainly states, 'Land! Land! Land! **Lot: Front 51.29', Rear 149', West 134.7', East 223.5'
**Lot Pie Wide**'.
This place is being sold for land value only. When places like these are being built all around it...
a house like this won't survive.
Unlike with the house at 12 York Valley Crescent in Hogg's Hollow, I am not really sad to see this place go though. York Valley may or may not be torn down but I am guessing with the $2,795,000 price tag, a huge place will be built.
This house sits on a huge lot and is listed at $1,149,000. It isn't as nice a neighbourhood as Hogg's Hollow and it is very close to the 401 but that hasn't stopped other huge builds from going up such as the neighbour.
This house actually reminds me of the house at 96 De Vere Gardens that I post in January that was also clearly being sold as a tear down. It was REALLY close to a busy section of York Mills and was listed at $1,450,000. I don't know what it sold for.
This lot is much cheaper. The neighbourhood isn't as good but this is a bigger lot and the prices in this area are getting crazy.
The house has already been on the market for a week but it l
ooks like they have already cut down all the trees in preparation!
What's the hold up on the builders!?!
