2374 Bennington Gate - OAKVILLE
This house in Oakville reminds me of the house in Lawrence Park that I posted yesterday. A reader pointed out that it wasn't an original Lawrence Park home but a stage 2 infill. Good point!
This house is probably original. I don't know a lot about Oakville so I don't know if this is a good location or not but all the neighbours seem to keep their stuff together. It is quite swanky in fact and they clearly keep a lot of gardeners employed.

Or this place...I want to see what THIS place looks like inside!
Back to this house...
It isn't very exciting. It is very nice just not very exciting.
But it has everything. Good living space, new floors, a big closet, a basement movie theatre, a pool in the back that evokes this image....
And all for $1,379,000.
Looks like these people prefer Perrier to Pellegrino.
