This loft in Leslieville doesn't have great pictures. This is the best one...
But there is a video that isn't your average video. It is similar to the video for 218 Cottingham but by far not as good!
Not loving the wardrobe in this video. The guy's acrylic sweater threw me off from the get go!
But this post isn't about that guy's sweater. It's about the loft.
Other than the screen with the Asian print (does anyone know what it says?), I love this place. It is bright, the kitchen and bathroom aren't the best but they could easily be fixed
It is 2+1 bedrooms and 1 bathroom in 1,643 square feet of space plus parking. Problem is the condo fees. They are $785.38 a month!! I guess that is why the place is priced at $529,000!
This might be a tough sell with those fees but this could be a great space. The listing shouts out to photographers, musicians, artists and entrepreneurs. They left out hair stylists like the guy in the Selby video with Lucy Chadwick for Zara! These could practically be the same lofts!
I am sure he is great but.......would you want Duffy cutting your hair?)
Too bad they didn't go with a video more along the lines of that video!
