This is a classic old Lawrence Park house.  It is listed at $2,199,000.

Though I would love to see it stay and be fixed up, I am sure a builder is going to buy it and put up something like this....

Other than the first one with the red brick, they all look the same and they are all around the corner from this house.

This well loved house is a slice in time.  It reminds me of the house at 201 Vesta in Forest Hill but this one is a little more updated.  These people really liked blue.
