It's a late start to the day for posts!

This is a 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house in Forest Hill.  It looks pretty unassuming from the outside, (except for the garage and trim colour) but once you get inside, it's a whole new world.  This is definitely a unique style!  According to the listing, it was once featured on CityLine.

There isn't a lot in this house that is 'safe' style wise.  I can't tell if it was recently done or done in the early 90s but they really committed!

The kitchen is definitley not for everybody so if it's not, a new kitchen and a little paint is all you need to make this place great.  I like the living walls and would keep that but don't think I could handle the green dining room or the tile on the fireplace in the kitchen but I am good with everything else.

I really like this back lit art in the living room!

Though the furniture and the kitchen might not be most people's style, this really is a move right in house.  You could easily personalize it with very little work.

It kind of reminds me of the house at 2 Ava Road around the corner that sold for $1,798,000. 

This house is listed at $2,595,000.  For Forest Hill, this is cheap and this is a lot of house for that price.  I think it will sell fast, especially if people are able to see through this strong style and envision their own.

PS.  I love the wood floors.  Hard to notice those at first with everything else that is going on.
