Thanks to the reader who commented that this house at 79 Fermanagh in Roncesvalles had sold.

It was listed at $979,900.

I thought it would sell for $1,100,000, if not $1,150,000.

According to the reader, there were 6 bids and the final selling price was close to $1,200,000.   UPDATE:  it sold for even more than that!  It sold for $1,213,000!!

Roncesvalles is hot!
