And it went for....

The house at 79 St. Clements Avenue in Lytton Park that had great curb appeal has sold.

It was listed on May 28 and had a price drop last week that I missed.  It was initially listed at $1,299,800.  Despite the messed up kitchen, I thought the price was right.

I guess the kitchen and that huge apartment building were too much for people as the price was dropped to $1,239,800.

It sold for $1,225,000.  Probably makes sense since that kitchen is such a mess.  But it could be great!
