And it went for....

This small cottage at 30 Scarborough in the Beaches that I posted yesterday has sold.

It was listed at $899,000.   I thought it would go for close to asking but not over if the people were buying it to live in as is.

It sold for $944,000.

Guess there will either be a big extension or a new build here soon!
