DELISTED - Suzanne Dimma's House - TRINITY BELLWOODS

The house of current Editor-in-Chief of Canadian House and Home magazine, Suzanne Dimma, has been delisted.

Hmm.  It was listed last Friday.  I posted it on Tuesday.  As of yesterday, it was terminated.  It did not sell.

So, either they didn't get any offers, Suzanne was trying to sell this under the radar but now the cat's out of the bag (there was never a sign on the house itself), or it is too close to summer, it didn't sell in a week and they are going to list again in the fall.

Or maybe they are going to relist it next week at a lower price!

Some might say it was overpriced at $1,695,000 but I didn't think so.  I actually thought it could sell for close to $1,800,000.  Guess not anymore!

(Note: I have updated the neighbourhood to show as Trinity-Bellwoods instead of Dufferin Grove)
