Whatever the situation is or was, this cottage sits on 310 feet of waterfront and was listed at $3,699,000.
It has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 3,000 square feet. It was built in 2002.
It's big and bright. I wonder if it comes with the furniture. It all suits the cottage, including all the IKEA furniture throughout.
The off-centre oven and windows in the kitchen kind of bug me especially as this was a new build.
Other than that, I really like it. There is lots of outdoor space, a boat house with another bedroom and 3 boat slips....
But do you think it sold for asking?
I can't figure out which one it is but it is one of the cottages in this bay....
That looks like a lot of boat traffic.
My guess is that it sold between $2.8M and $3.2M.
