PRICE DROP - 2000 Strathallen Woods - BARRIE

The Stahl house inspired Harry Bernard Kohl designed 'T house' on the water of Kempenfelt Bay that I posted last August seems to be having a tough time selling!

The listing price when I first posted it was $2,249,000.  Then in October, I posted that it had dropped its price to $1,975,000.

It has had another price drop to $1,795,000.

The house isn't huge and it could probably use some work even though it has recently been restored but it sits on a huge 103 x 431 lot right on the water.

Do you think it can sell at this price?  Maybe $1,595,000 is more like it.
