The 3+2 bedroom, 4 bathroom house that I posted on May 22 has had a price drop.  It was listed at $1,349,900 which I thought was a little crazy.

This is a new build and there was a lot of potential.  Though the house is nice, it isn't worth what they were asking.  I thought it was a $1,199,000 house at the MOST.

They dropped their price on May 25 to $1,279,900.  

It's almost three weeks later and it is still on the market.  Clearly, it is still too much.
