PRICE DROP - 412 Lake Front - BEACHES

The ridiculously priced house on the water in the Beaches has had a price drop.

It was listed in April for $8,000,000.

I thought it was worth $3,500,000, even $2,900,000.  $4,000,000 at the MOST!

Clearly no else thought it was worth $8M even though it has 2 panic rooms and an underground tunnel.

They have dropped the price to $7,500,000.  That isn't going to do it.
