PRICE INCREASE - 154 Rhodes Avenue - LESLIEVILLE

What is going on here?

This house was featured in The Globe and Mail architecture section last weekend.  They stated that it was listed at $800,000 but then made an edit saying that is what the owner WANTED to sell it for, not the actual list price.  

It was ultimately listed at $699,000.

Well, on Realtor.ca, it is still listed at $699,000 but MLS has it listed at $825,000!!!

What's up with that?
