Suzanne Dimma's House - DUFFERIN GROVE
Current Editor-in-Chief of Canadian House and Home magazine, Suzanne Dimma, has listed her much blogged about home.
It is located in Dufferin Grove and though I have seen many photos and videos of her house, I never realized it was a tri-plex. Each apartment only has 1 bedroom but they are all nice. At least the top 2. I don't think there are pictures of the basement.
The basement has a separate entrance at the back, the second/third floor apartments has its entrance throught the front which is shared by the main first/second floor apartment. That apartment also has it's own entrance at the back.
Suzanne and her designer husband Arriz Hassam, one of the principals behind 3rd Uncle Design Inc, live in the first floor apartment and their bedroom and bathroom takes up half of the second floor.
The price is $1,650,000.
That seems like a lot but this is a large detached house designed by professionals.
If the house at 58 Beaconsfield a few streets away sold for $950,000, I wouldn't be surprised if this place sold for closer $1,800,000. It really is that much more house! You know that this house was done well!
Plus, the window coverings are all included!
(Note: I have updated the neighbourhood to show as Trinity-Bellwoods instead of Dufferin Grove)
