I wouldn't say that this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house is amazing but with a fresh coat of paint and a few updates, like getting rid of the argyle fireplace and that pillar, and this place could be really nice.

Plus the view is amazing.

It was listed for $1,699,000 then and it is listed for $1,699,000 now.  

This is going to be a tough sell.
