14 Berkshire Avenue - LESLIEVILLE (UPDATE)
This 3+1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house is really close to Eastern Avenue but it is really cute. The owner's have done a great job with it. The white trim and green siding isn't my favourite but once you get inside, you forget all about it.
The owner's are clearly fans of Etsy or Craigslist because there is vintage stuff everywhere. So much so that one of the pieces even got it's own listing picture!
I love the kitchen. I am pretty sure it is an IKEA Akurum kitchen and it looks great!
The wall paper in the hallway is a really nice addition.
This house isn't big but it is really bright. The one bathroom thing isn't great and I don't think there is parking but this house shows REALLY well. The yard is a good size and the basement is finished.
The price is $569,900.
It don't think it will stay on the market for long. It will probably sell for a little under if there is no parking, but if there is, it will definitely sell for asking!
UPDATE: thanks to the commentor who pointed out that this house in fact DOES have parking. And not just one spot, but two.
This place will go fast.
